Before starting a commercial landscaping we will work with you to agree the following:

1. Landscaping Work: What services do you require, including lawn mowing, tree and shrub maintenance, irrigation system installation, car park maintenance, verge maintenance and any other landscaping tasks.
2. Contract Terms and Duration: Specify the terms of the contract, including the start and end dates, as well as any renewal or termination clauses. Define the frequency of services and any specific requirements for ongoing maintenance.
3. Cost and Payment Terms: Work with you to agree a suitable landscaping cost and the payment schedule. This may include one-time fees for specific projects and recurring fees for regular maintenance. We are happy to work on fixed terms or flexible when you need extra capacity.
4. Materials and Equipment: We can provide all necessary materials, plants, and equipment, or the property owner can supply tools, seeds and plants.
5. Insurance and Liability: We have full insurance coverage, including public liability insurance.
6. Communication and Reporting: Things change over the term of a contract and unexpected eventualities, these need to be clearly communicated and appropriate funding in place for these changes
7. Termination Clause: We will work together for a suitable termination clause where either party can terminate our contract.
